Our hands and feet are parts of the body that work hard the most, but it's the mind that processes millions of information per second. Taking the time to reflect, meditate, practice gratitude and carry-out other morning rituals can be life-empowering. You'll be surprised!


Mindfulness, self-care and gratitude: these are the tools we support ourselves, day in and day out. Here are some ways you can ease and restore the body and mind:


  1. Acknowledge your feelings. Accept it & be with it.

  2. Find balance in your thoughts.

  3. Stay informed. But don’t overdo it, as too much information can aggravate stress.

  4. Connect with your friends & family daily through texts, facetime or even e-mail.

  5. Set aside time to stretch, meditate & practice gratitude.

When our boutique's open back up, you better believe we'll be adding your hand and foot massage on this list, too!
